Everyone knows that we need to go to gym or on running in order to keep our body fit. But do you know what are the ways to keep our mind fit? Many people are not happy with their life. Their life is getting worst day by day. They go to the gym but they are doing nothing for their inner peace. So here are the 3 habits to make your life happy.
Forgiveness: “Forgiveness is the strongest thing in this world.” See I am not saying that you should forgive but if you don’t forgive then you will surely run here and there for headache medicine. Whenever you do something people will criticize you, don’t panic forgive them. Remember the words of Gandhi “The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.”
Words: I always try to opt dynamic and positive words. Words not only affect your mentality but also affect the mentality of a listener. Like whenever a person asked, “how are you nm?” Then generally people reply yeah!! I am good(neutral case). What if you reply “I am fantastic.” (dynamic and full of enthusiasm). I strictly avoid abusing words. Words create an environment around us. If you use positive words then you will always feel excited and fulfilled. One has said, “Words are, of course, the most powerful drug used by mankind.”
Wishes: When I was relocating from New Delhi then my landlord told me don’t relocate, you are the only one who talks so politely and wish us so sweetly. Even she told me that your way of communication is far better that many girls. Wishing everyone is the most important thing in my daily routine. Whenever you meet with your elders either say them “namaste” or “good morning.” If you will give a pose of your smiling face then I am sure it will be more attractive or pleasurable than a full cup of chocolate ice cream.
